(Senior) Strategist 

Responsibilities: 

• Strategic Consultation 

-Participating in the agency’s new business programs, taking lead in creating and presenting 

communication strategy portion of proposals 

-Providing sound media counsel with stakeholders and client contacts 

-Conducting trainings internally and externally as a media expert 

• Networking and Resource Management 

-As the hub to senior media relations 

-Building relations with industry contacts and participating in relevant professional 

organizations 

-Connection to chief strategy officer at group level 

• Agency Marketing 

-Enhancing thought leadership capability of the agency 

• Change Management 

-Working with Agency Head to position and deliver the broader Agency BDCC 

transformation 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• At least 5-year business reporter experience with mainstream media; 

• Capability of understanding macro and micro economy and political environment, with the 

ability to assess and understand complex situations, achieve productivity at a fast pace and 

quickly distill the information for both the client and media. 

• Comfort in playing strategic leading roles as necessary and working across multiple clients and 

agency teams; 

• Self-starter, entrepreneurial spirit, proactive and takes initiative; 

• Sophistication in Chinese journalistic and business writing skills; 

• Corporate experience (e.g. in-house PR) is a plus; 

• Good English writing skill as a plus.


(Senior) Consultant 高级顾问

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to effectively manage two large/complex client accounts to achieve client results or objectives; ensure high-quality service/deliverables, maintain positive client relationship, and expanding business offering with reasonable profitability;

• Understand the main trends in the client industry and relate them to the PR strategy, use knowledge to advance clients’ program and build thought leadership;

• Make realistic and sound recommendations that takes into consideration short and long-term perspectives, and client’s constraints;

• Supervise the team performance, coach and tutor members to help them to learn and grow, identify team members with different levels of performance & potentials and manage them that will result in an effective retention;

• Expand and own network of senior journalist and influencer relationships and introduce them to clients where needed;

• Able to write pitch proposal of such quality that no further revision and polishing is needed;

Requirements:

• At least 6Fem-care, years working experience in public relations agency or related, more than 2 years’ experience in managing team work.

• Capabilities to understand the key concept of a brand and how to develop creative ideas based on the concept or key message.

• Have big picture and strategic thinking in PR management. Better to coordinate in business development planning.

• Team management skill, has passion and sense to coach and grow the members.

• Able to write pitch proposal of such quality that no further revision and polishing is needed;

• Best have experience in cross-office cooperation, familiar with the regional status of market.

• Fluent in English and Chinese, good skills in PPT and proposal writing.


(Senior) AM高级客户经理/客户经理

工作职责:

-与客户进行沟通,建立和维护客户关系,了解和开发挖掘潜在客户需求;

-带领小组完成策略和执行方案的撰写,具有独立向客户提案能力;

-具有总控能力,带领团队完成服务项目的实施工作,保证工作顺利完成;

-审核执行方案及排期,督导项目的执行全过程,并进行成本控制;

-根据公司要求,完成年度业绩指标。

任职要求:

-本科及以上学历,市场、广告、工商管理等相关专业优先

-3年以上客户服务经验  

-聪明有目标,良好的团队合作能力,适应快节奏的工作环境                                                        

-良好的工作态度 

-英语6级,听说读写熟练,有独立撰写英文提案的能力

• 两年以上从业经验,完整的产品推广全案创意执行的工作经验;

• 深厚的美术设计功底,画面表现力极强,较高的艺术修养;

工作职责:

1、能够综合分析客户的产品、竞争对手等各方面的状况信息,不断挖掘客户需求。

2、拥有出色的PPT撰写能力、逻辑思维能力、敏锐的洞察能力,并具备一定的提案能力。

3、协调创意制作部与其它部门之间的工作关系,善于沟通并引导团队开发创作。

4、工作心态积极向上,善于团队协作,具有较强的事业心。
